Being on time
Punctuality is all about respecting other ppl's time.
It shldn't be dependent upon other ppl's sense of punctuality.
Altho being late is part of the M'sian culture, shld we make every effort to be punctual always?
Of course!! :) Norms are not always the right thing to do.
